MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION
Connect ERPs, inventory and channels end to end.
Link ERP item masters, stock, purchase orders and dealer channels. ERP, inventory and commerce integrations for manufacturing and distribution.
THE PROBLEM
What makes Manufacturing & Distribution integrations hard.
Manufacturers and distributors run on ERPs that are heavily customized, often several at once, with stock in plants, warehouses and dealer channels. Software that serves them has to work with that reality.
USE CASES
What teams in Manufacturing & Distribution build.
MULTICHANNEL COMMERCE
Multichannel Commerce
Publish item master data and stock to dealer portals and marketplaces.
AP AUTOMATION
AP & Bill Pay Automation
Match supplier bills to purchase orders and receipts before payment.
AGENTIC COMMERCE
Agentic Commerce
Let a procurement agent draft purchase orders within approval rules.
WHAT IT TAKES
Data, platforms and controls.
- Data you need
- Item masters with units, costs and accounts; inventory levels, lots and serial numbers by location; purchase orders, receipts and vendor bills; sales orders from dealer and online channels.
- Platforms that matter
- NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, Epicor and SAP Business One for the ERP; Fishbowl, Katana and Cin7 for inventory and production; Akeneo for product content; Shopify and BigCommerce for B2B and direct sales.
- Controls required
- Writes that respect ERP approval states, multi-entity boundaries, adjustments instead of stock overwrites, and on-premise connectivity through a secure agent for systems that are not in the cloud.

Frequently asked questions
Do you support on-premise ERPs?
Selected on-premise systems connect through a secure agent installed in the customer's network. Ask about your system; where it is not covered, the Technology Center can scope a custom connector.
Can you read lots, serial numbers and bins?
Yes, on systems that track them. They appear as fields on the inventory level, alongside location and quantity splits.
Will writes bypass our customers' approval workflows?
No. Purchase orders and bills enter the ERP in the state its approval workflow expects, usually pending approval.
How do you handle units of measure?
Item master records carry their units and conversions, so quantities can be compared between a supplier's pack size and the warehouse's stocking unit.
