About the Acumatica integration

Acumatica is a cloud ERP for mid-market distribution, manufacturing, construction and services firms. The Unify ERP API covers its branches, accounts, customers, vendors, bills, invoices and stock items.

Acumatica offers contract-based REST endpoints with OAuth 2.0 and push notifications for changes. The Unify ERP API maps branches, GL accounts, subaccounts, customers, vendors, AP bills, AR invoices, sales and purchase orders and stock items to the Unify Graph.

Why build Acumatica on Unify Int

  • One data model

Acumatica records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Acumatica. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Acumatica custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Acumatica connection, so support can see what happened.

Acumatica integration questions

Does Unify Int support Acumatica bills and invoices?
Acumatica is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading branches, accounts, vendors, customers, bills, invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, journal entries and stock items, with write-back for vendors, customers and bills to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Acumatica account?
Your customer's Acumatica administrator registers a connected application, then approves Unify Int with OAuth 2.0 in Unify Connect.
Is there a Acumatica sandbox for testing?
Yes. Acumatica customers and partners commonly run sandbox or test tenants, which can be connected like production.
How often does Acumatica data sync?
Unify Sync combines Acumatica change notifications where the platform emits them with incremental polling elsewhere. You set the frequency per object, from a few minutes for transactional records to daily for reference data.
Can I access Acumatica custom fields?
Acumatica user-defined fields and attributes can be mapped per connection; custom endpoints are available through passthrough.
