Data this solution uses
THE PROBLEM
Why this is hard today.
Commerce software sits between a merchant's channels, catalog, stock and books. Each system describes the same product, order and payout differently, and the merchant expects your product to make them agree.
SKUs that do not match
The same product carries a different SKU in the PIM, each storefront and the ERP item master. Every report starts with a spreadsheet join.
Stock that drifts
Channels update stock at different speeds. Overselling leads to cancellations, marketplace penalties and lost customers.
Revenue that never reaches the books cleanly
Marketplace settlements net sales against fees, refunds and reserves. Bookkeepers rebuild them by hand every cycle.

Frequently asked questions
How do you match the same product across channels?
By SKU, GTIN/UPC or a key you choose. A match report flags conflicts, such as one SKU mapped to two GTINs, instead of guessing.
Can we update stock on every channel?
Where the platform allows, yes, using adjustments with idempotency keys rather than overwrites, so concurrent updates do not clobber each other. Each integration page lists what is writable.
Can we create marketplace orders?
Marketplace orders are read-only by design. On storefronts that allow it, such as draft orders on Shopify, order creation is available.
How do settlements reach the ledger?
The Orders API breaks payouts into sales, fees, refunds and reserves linked to orders. Your product posts them through the Accounting API to the accounts the merchant chooses.
Do you cover PIMs as well as storefronts?
Yes. The Catalog API is designed for Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver, Plytix and Pimcore, plus the catalog side of Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce.
