About the Walmart Marketplace integration

Walmart Marketplace lets third-party sellers list and sell on Walmart.com. The Unify Orders API covers sellers' orders, returns, items, inventory and settlement reports through the Walmart Marketplace API.

Walmart's Marketplace API uses client ID and secret credentials issued in Seller Center, token-based access and a notifications API for order events. The Unify Orders API maps orders, order lines, returns, items, inventory and reconciliation reports to the Unify Graph.

Why build Walmart Marketplace on Unify Int

  • One data model

Walmart Marketplace records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Walmart Marketplace. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Walmart Marketplace custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Walmart Marketplace connection, so support can see what happened.

Walmart Marketplace integration questions

Does Unify Int support Walmart Marketplace orders and products?
Walmart Marketplace is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading orders, products, variants, fulfillments, refunds, inventory levels and settlements, with write-back for products, variants and fulfillments to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Walmart Marketplace account?
Your customer generates API credentials for Unify Int in Walmart Seller Center (or approves a solution provider connection) and adds them in Unify Connect.
Is there a Walmart Marketplace sandbox for testing?
Yes. Walmart provides a sandbox environment for Marketplace API testing.
How often does Walmart Marketplace data sync?
Unify Sync combines Walmart Marketplace change notifications where the platform emits them with incremental polling elsewhere. You set the frequency per object, from a few minutes for transactional records to daily for reference data.
Can I access Walmart Marketplace custom fields?
Walmart item attributes by product type are kept with each item; the full payload stays in `raw`.
