EMBEDDED LENDING
Underwrite with live financial and commerce data.

Data this solution uses
THE PROBLEM
Why this is hard today.
Lenders embedded in software platforms win on data, but only if they can read it. Borrowers' books, bank accounts, processors and storefronts each speak a different format, and underwriting has to see all of them at once.
Uploaded PDFs slow every decision
Statements sent by email are stale on arrival, hard to verify and impossible to monitor after funding.
Borrowers run every kind of system
A single lending program sees QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon and Stripe. Each source has its own report formats and gaps.
Monitoring needs the same connections
Covenant checks and early warnings need fresh data every month, not a second application process.

Frequently asked questions
Which data can a lender pull?
Financial statements and trial balances by period, AR and AP aging, invoices and bills, bank transactions through data providers, processor payouts, marketplace and storefront orders, and ad spend, where each platform exposes them.
Is pass-through available for underwriting pulls?
Yes. You can choose pass-through for objects you prefer not to store, so the data is fetched live at application time, or sync-and-store for monitoring history.
How is borrower consent recorded?
Unify Connect records who connected each system, when, and with which scopes. Revocation is reflected in connection status and stops further access.
Do you provide credit scores or decisions?
No. Unify Int supplies normalized data. Underwriting models, decisions and adverse action notices stay with you.
We are leaving another provider. Can you help?
Yes. The Technology Center runs planned migrations with mapping, a parallel run and a reconnect strategy per platform. See the Migration service.
