About the Adobe Commerce (Magento) integration

Adobe Commerce, built on Magento Open Source, powers complex B2C and B2B storefronts for mid-market and enterprise merchants. The Unify Orders API covers its orders, products, customers, invoices and stock.

Adobe Commerce exposes REST and GraphQL APIs authenticated with integration access tokens, with Adobe I/O Events available on Adobe Commerce. Unify Int maps orders, invoices, credit memos, shipments, products, configurable variants, customers and source items (stock) to the Unify Graph.

Why build Adobe Commerce (Magento) on Unify Int

  • One data model

Adobe Commerce (Magento) records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Adobe Commerce (Magento). Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Adobe Commerce (Magento) custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Adobe Commerce (Magento) connection, so support can see what happened.

Adobe Commerce (Magento) integration questions

Does Unify Int support Adobe Commerce (Magento) orders and products?
Adobe Commerce (Magento) is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading orders, products, variants, customers, fulfillments, refunds, inventory levels and payouts, with write-back for products, variants and fulfillments to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Adobe Commerce (Magento) account?
Your customer creates an integration in the Adobe Commerce admin and activates it for Unify Int, or enters the integration tokens in Unify Connect.
Is there a Adobe Commerce (Magento) sandbox for testing?
There is no shared hosted sandbox. Testing uses the merchant's staging environment or a local Magento Open Source instance.
How often does Adobe Commerce (Magento) data sync?
Unify Sync combines Adobe Commerce (Magento) change notifications where the platform emits them with incremental polling elsewhere. You set the frequency per object, from a few minutes for transactional records to daily for reference data.
Can I access Adobe Commerce (Magento) custom fields?
Yes. Custom product and customer attributes and extension attributes can be mapped per connection.
