About the Syndigo integration

Syndigo is a product content and PIM platform that connects brands and retailers to share and syndicate product data. The Unify Catalog API reads its products, attributes, assets and channel data.

Syndigo's APIs use credentials issued per account, with product, attribute and asset endpoints across its content network. Unify Int maps products, attributes, assets and recipient channel data to the Unify Graph.

Why build Syndigo on Unify Int

  • One data model

Syndigo records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Syndigo. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Syndigo custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Syndigo connection, so support can see what happened.

Syndigo integration questions

Does Unify Int support Syndigo products and attributes?
Syndigo is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading products, variants, attributes, categories, assets and channels, with write-back for products, variants and categories to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Syndigo account?
Your customer requests API credentials for Unify Int from Syndigo and enters them in Unify Connect.
Is there a Syndigo sandbox for testing?
Syndigo does not publish a public sandbox; testing is arranged with the customer's Syndigo team.
How often does Syndigo data sync?
Syndigo does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access Syndigo custom fields?
Syndigo attributes follow retailer and category requirements; Unify Int exposes them with their types alongside normalized core fields.
