About the Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce) runs large-scale storefronts for enterprise retailers and brands. The Unify Orders API covers its orders, products, catalogs, customers and inventory.

Salesforce B2C Commerce exposes the B2C Commerce API (SCAPI) and OCAPI, authenticated through Account Manager API clients with OAuth 2.0. Unify Int maps orders, products, variation masters and variants, catalogs and categories, customers and inventory lists to the Unify Graph.

Why build Salesforce Commerce Cloud on Unify Int

  • One data model

Salesforce Commerce Cloud records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Salesforce Commerce Cloud custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Salesforce Commerce Cloud connection, so support can see what happened.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration questions

Does Unify Int support Salesforce Commerce Cloud orders and products?
Salesforce Commerce Cloud is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading orders, products, variants, customers, fulfillments, refunds, inventory levels and payouts, with write-back for products, variants and fulfillments to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Salesforce Commerce Cloud account?
Your customer creates an Account Manager API client for Unify Int with the required roles and adds it in Unify Connect.
Is there a Salesforce Commerce Cloud sandbox for testing?
Yes. B2C Commerce customers use on-demand sandboxes and staging instances for testing.
How often does Salesforce Commerce Cloud data sync?
Salesforce Commerce Cloud does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access Salesforce Commerce Cloud custom fields?
Yes. Custom attributes (c_ fields) on products, orders and customers can be mapped per connection.
